| SHOPPING INSTRUCTIONS | Shopping with VirginToGo is easy.
Shop Catalogue
Select Shop and you will be taken to the Shop Catalogue, where you will see our range of products and special offers. From here you can add products to Your Shopping Basket.
Click on More Information and you will be taken to a page of more information about the product you have selected. You can add the product to Your Shopping Basket from the information page.
If you want more than 1 (one) item of any product simply enter the number of items you want in the quantity box.
Each time you select a product you will be taken to Your Shopping Basket. Click on Return To Shop if you wish to add more products to Your Shopping Basket.
Your Shopping Basket
The products you have selected will be listed in Your Shopping Basket.
You can change the quantity of any product in your basket by typing the new quantity into the quantity box and pressing Update.
If you want to remove an item from your basket type 0 (zero) into the quantity box and press Update.
Once you have everything you want in Your Shopping Basket select your shipping zone.
We deliver free of charge to UK mainland destinations excluding the Scottish Highlands. For deliveries to Non-UK mainland, Scottish Highlands, or Non-UK destinations please call the Customer Helpline 0800 975 0101.
When you are happy with your order select Google Checkout.
Google Checkout
If you do not have an existing account you will need to Create A New Google Account to complete the purchase. You will need your email address and your debit or credit card to hand. When you have entered your details select Agree and Continue. You can still make changes to your order details.
If you have an existing Google Account simply enter your email address and password.
On the next page you will have the opportunity to change your order details and to enter and apply a promotional Coupon Code if you have one. When you are ready to confirm your order select Place your order and the information will be transmitted securely to the bank for clearance.
Once your card payment is authorised, you will be given the opportunity to return to VirginToGo. We will not charge your debit or credit card until your order is ready for delivery.
Paypal
If you do not have an existing account you will need to Create A New Paypal Account to complete the purchase. You will need your email address and your debit or credit card to hand. When you have entered your details select Agree and Continue. You can still make changes to your order details.
If you have an existing Paypal Account simply enter your email address and password.
On the next page you will have the opportunity to change your order details and to enter and apply a promotional Coupon Code if you have one. When you are ready to confirm your order select Place your order and the information will be transmitted securely to the bank for clearance.

Order Tracking
An email will be sent to you confirming your order. Your order number will be included along with information on how to check the status of your order and what to do if you have any problems with your order.
